Senior 3D Motion Graphics Designer
We are looking for someone who is passionate about 3D motion graphics and is eager to push the boundaries of what is possible. As a Senior 3D Motion Graphics Designer, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of animation principles, 3D modeling and texturing techniques, and compositing. You should be able to take a project from concept to completion, working closely with teams of designers, marketers, and creatives. Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D motion graphics for a variety of projects, including commercials, esports live events, infographic videos, and more.
- Research and maintain knowledge of current design practices, staying abreast of new technologies and trends in the online design community.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and refine concepts and storyboards
- Use your expertise in 3D modeling and animation to bring concepts to life.
- Provide input to overall technical strategy and technical architecture of assigned projects with a particular focus on design and usability issues.
- Collaborate with other designers, animators, and producers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional visual and interactive design experience, or the talent and skill commensurate with that experience.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
Skillset Requirements:
- Remarkable art direction skills complemented with strategic and conceptual thinking
- Hands-on approach, you are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and other UX design applications like Sketch or Adobe XD
- Experience with one of the popular 3D design tools such as Blender, Maya or 3DSMax
