Challenge:

Every year Activision Blizzard hosts their capstone Call of Duty League Champs Tournament to bring an exciting end to their yearly season. Part of the ongoing partnership with Activision Blizzard and the Call of Duty League tasks AOE Creative with ramping up the marketing and social media efforts for each Major tournament, and even more so for Champs.

Solution:

AOE Creative had a large team across social, design, and on-site media working in tandem to tell the story of the Call of Duty League 2023 season. Ramping up over the last two months in preparation for the event, the social and design team created the social strategy and created assets in preparation, including Player History, Season Stat Leaders, Championship Ring Counters, Spotlights, Motion Graphics, and of course, High Fidelity Photomanipulation. Each of these were executed successfully to push the needle on each CTA and increase visibility of the event for Activision across all social channels.
